Phillip Shepard Construction is now building in The Preserve Subdivision in Newnan, Georgia , located at the traffic circle where Lower Fayetteville Road, Greison Trail, and East Newnan Road meet.  These homes will feature craftsman style exteriors using various combinations of Hardiplank siding, cedar shakes, board and batten, and stacked stone.  The interiors will offer large, open living areas with very little unused space.  Many of the same amenities included in high end homes will be offered in these homes, such as hardwood flooring, ceramic tile baths, upgraded kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances.
     Homes will be available in the Fall of 2014 with prices stating in the $180,000's.
